Products may be exchanged for different sizes or colours so long as you get the original products in packaging back to us in new condition within 28 days from date of original purchase.
When returning items please follow our Returns Procedure as outlined below:
- NZSM must receive notification of intention to return goods within two weeks of your order being dispatched from our warehouse. Notification must be sent by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send goods back to NZSM at the following address: NZSM 19 St Benedicts Street, Newton, Auckland, New Zealand. Please ensure you include your Order ID # details and a note specifying the replacement size or colour required.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the returned items arrive back into our warehouse.
- Once we receive the goods back in a saleable condition, we will issue a refund for the product or send replacement goods as requested. All replacement items are subject to availability and wherever possible we will try to fulfill customer requests, although we cannot guarantee stock availability.
- Replacement items will be sent back to the customer via DHL (international orders) and Courierpost (domestic orders) at NZSM’s cost.
- If replacement goods are not received within 3 weeks of confirmation email, it is the customer's responsibility to contact NZSM to follow up.
